The RollEase Versarail, 1 Inch Headrail System is a manually operated mechanism for raising and lowering Pleated, Cellular, Soft Shades, and Woven Wood Shades. RollEase offers a 1 inch and 1.5 inch headrail. By simply pulling on the control cord, the operator can easily and precisely position any shade weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) and measuring 14 feet (4.2 m) wide by 12 feet (3.6 m) tall. You can specify left-hand or right-hand control. The system is appropriate for both commercial and residential applications.
How it works
The shade is raised or lowered by operating the control cord. Pulling on either side of the cord releases the clutch and adjusts the blind’s height by wrapping the lift cords onto the shaft. The shaft’s traversing motion ensures that the lift cords wrap evenly onto the shaft, keeping the blind absolutely level. The clutch then holds the blind in its new position. This system is completely concealed inside a 1 inch (25mm) or our wide 1.5 inch (38mm) headrail.
